I was born in Manchester England. I moved over to the US 30+ years ago, one of the things I deeply missed was the delightful taste of the savory pies I grew up eating especially pork pies.

I began to realise that these wonderful pies were not readily available here in San Jose CA, so with my love of cooking/baking I set out on a mission to recreate the flavors that I grew up with in England.

What started out as a personal quest to satisfy my own longing for this British comfort food, I made a bold decision to open my own small in-home bakery where I could recreate the savory pies I grew up with. All my pies are hand made with the finest ingredients.

It is my hope to fill the gap in the local culinary scene and bring smiles to the faces of people that are looking to have a taste of home again.
